READ BEFORE BIDDING: Online only Auction begins closing Sunday, March 6th at 7:00 pm.
#1 Please do not bid if you or a representative of yours is not able to retrieve your auctions winnings on pick-up days.
#2 Pick-up day is LITERALLY pick up day! If you cannot figure out how to schedule a time in the scheduler and haven’t been able to get ahold of us, show up during pickup hours anyway and collect your items. Like most businesses right now, we are understaffed, please be patient.
#4 After a full week of storage accumulation fees. Items will be returned to consignor, resold, or disposed of in order to make room for the next auction and new items coming in.
#5 If you cannot make it on pickup days, storage fees: $2/day small items & $10/day large items (chairs, sofas, bookcases, etc).
#6 Before you leave make sure that you have all of your auction winnings, we try to put everything together, but sometimes make mistakes, please double check your list that you have your items. No refunds for items you did not retrieve.
#7 Bring your Invoice with you to pickup – it makes things easier for both!

LATE FEES:
Late pickups will now incur late pickup fees. We do not WANT to charge late pickups, however, we have to move your items around the warehouse and showroom multiple times and stop working on the next auction to retrieve your items. In addition, we do not have space to keep items past pickup dates.
Late pickup fees: $2 day Small items (per lot)

BUYERS PREMIUM/SALES TAX:
All items sold on Okiebid.com will collect a 15% Buyer’s Premium. For example, if your winning bid is $100, you will be charged $115 + sales tax. If tax exempt, contact Okiebid.com at 918.633.1861 or email us at: 918.633.1861. Email or text a copy of your tax certificate along with your bidder number or name BEFORE the auction ends or BEFORE Payment.
DYNAMIC/STAGGERED CLOSING:
If a bid is made within the last 3 minutes, the closing time for that item will be extended by 3 minutes in order to imitate a live auction as closely as possible.
WINNING BIDDER NOTIFICATION:
Notification of items won will be sent to you ONLY by email. It is the buyers responsibility to check your email (it may be necessary to check junk/spam email folder.) Buyer can check their dashboard in their account to see any outstanding invoices, and items won.
CAUTION TO THE BIDDER:
For demonstration purposes, various pieces of equipment may be joined together. Do not assume a lot consists of more than one item simply because they are connected together. You are bidding on the item as it is described and not the item in the photo. Okiebid.com makes an effort to ensure the descriptions are accurate and the photos match as well. However, an error can occur in the listing and in that case it will be the description and not the photo that will be the item won. If you feel there is a discrepancy or error between a listing and a photo, contact Okiebid.com for clarification.
WARRANTY & CONDITIONS OF ITEMS SOLD:
All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS, with NO WARRANTY expressed or implied by the lot number affixed to the item. Descriptions are believed to be accurate but not guaranteed. When not certain of the condition or use of an item, please bid accordingly.
CHOOSE WISELY:
When you bid on the wrong item or decide an item is not suited for your intended use, our clients are not willing to assume the cost of your mistake. Once bidding ends, the item is contractually sold to the highest bidder and that item is the buyer's property. When in doubt about condition, completeness or suitability for intended use, please bid accordingly. Okiebid.com reserves the right to add or remove items from an auction, split or combine lots, add minimum bids or reserve prices, cancel, suspend, extend or reschedule an item and/or auction event, and make changes to the auction closing, inspection, or removal times.
LIABILITY:
Okiebid.com and the Seller's liability shall be limited to the refund of bidder's purchase price.

THIS IS AN ONLINE ONLY AUCTION BOUND BY ALL LEGAL RIGHTS AND REMEDIES IN THE STATE IN WHICH THE AUCTION OCCURS. DO NOT BID IF YOU CANNOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS CONTRACT OR ARE NOT ABLE TO PAY AND PICK UP YOUR ITEMS WITHIN THE SPECIFIED TERMS OF EACH AUCTION.
Shipping Options:
If you are buying from a distance. You can send a company to pick up the items for you. Or we can help you arrange shipment to you. Buyer is to pay for shipping.
We ship smaller items, for example: lamps, art, vases, etc. If you have questions about whether we will ship, please call us first! 918.633.1861. We ship through FED EX. We will send you a separate invoice for shipping.
There will be a $3.50 service charge for shipping added to your shipping bill.
The card on file will be charged on Sunday evening following the auction close.
If you want to pay with a different card, pay through the Square option on our website after the auction has ended.
